      A cozy, fenced-in space perfect for getting creative or simply unwinding. Guests can use the potting and crafting area for small projects or gardening, then settle into the outdoor chair swing to enjoy the quiet garden views.

    • Pavilion Area
      Right outside the pool area, the pavilion offers shaded seating, tables for outdoor meals, and a fire pit surrounded by Adirondack chairs. It’s a comfortable spot to gather, share a drink, or unwind after a day of exploring.

    • The Red and White Barns
      These classic barns complete the farm setting, adding charm and character to the landscape. They provide a beautiful backdrop for walks, photos, or simply enjoying the open space and country feel of the property.

    • Check-out: Before 11:00 AM

    • Minimum Age to Rent: 21 years old

    • Children: Welcome (ages 0–17)

    • Pets: Not permitted

    • Smoking: Not permitted

    Decorations Policy

    • Confetti and wall decorations are not permitted without prior approval

    • Any wall damage or excessive cleaning related to decorations will result in a $250 fee

  • Bedrooms: Fully winterized with 3 comfortable bedrooms - 2 upstairs, one with a queen bed and the other with a double bed and trundle. The downstairs master has a queen bed.

  • Bathrooms: 1 full bath on each floor

  • Open kitchen - fully equipped for all your cooking needs

  • Living Area includes a pullout sofa

  • Outdoor Spaces: Front and side porch with a grill. Deck space off each upstairs bedroom is perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation.
